Do you cover shipping costs?

Shipping is covered by the purchaser. The standard shipping rate is $6.00-$6.50.

 Any items lost or damaged during transit is not Forever Yours Boutique’s responsibility. Please let us know if this happens and we will do our best to help make it right.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS and UPS.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless noted otherwise. We will reach out if orders will be shipped out outside of that time frame. UPS or USPS will then deliver your item which could take 3-6 business days.

Do you offer local pick up?

We do not offer local pick up at this time.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of the recieved date. However, please note that we ONLY offer store credit for returned items. This means that if you wish to return an item, you will receive a credit that can be used towards future purchases at Forever Yours Boutique. This is for full priced items ONLY. All sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange! Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What are the return conditions?

In order to be eligible for a return for store credit, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (no stains or smells)
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of the received date.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I initiate a return?

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at theforeveryoursboutique@gmail.com within 14 days of when you received your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Provide the order number and name of the item
  •  Provide the reason for the return.
  • Send back the return to Sophie Smith, PO Box 80250 Rochester, MI 48308
  • Customers are responsible to cover the cost of shipping their items back.
  • Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it and then credit your account.

Do you accept exchanges?

We will gladly accept exchanges as long as the item is in the same condition as in the returns section above. If so, go ahead and purchase the new item and then send back your exchange item. Once we receive the exchanged item, we will credit your account and mail out the new item.

How long will it take to process my store credit?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return conditions. If the item is approved for return/exchange, we will issue you a store credit within 2-3 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the volume of returns we are currently handling.

 

What items are excluded from returns/exchanges?

There are certain items that are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Items purchased on sale or during a promotional period.
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn.
  • Items returned passed the 14 day period.
